As of November 6, 2026, BPAY services are temporarily suspended following a decision of the Executive Board of the National Bank of Moldova. BPAY cards are unavailable for the duration of the suspension.

This decision took us by surprise, and we understand that the suspension of services may affect your day-to-day payments.

Funds in BPAY accounts can be withdrawn by bank transfer to an account opened in your name at another institution, or in cash at BPAY counters.
